Public health experts recommend that Americans receive a COVID-19 vaccine to protect them and others against the virus, but some people have opted not to get one. Have you decided that you will not receive a COVID-19 vaccine? If so, why? 

Getting vaccinated didn’t used to be controversial. But now that COVID-19 has upended the world and vaccines became approved for the public, some Americans say that they will opt not to receive a vaccine. Are you one of them?
