FARMINGTON – Susan C. Spear, 74, of Farmington passed away at her home on March 15, 2021. Susan was born in Farmington on June 25, 1946, daughter of George and Loretta (Nowatarski) Chapman. She was educated in the Farmington schools.

She married Charles “Pete” Spear on April 23, 1966. The couple have been lifelong residents of Farmington. She retired from Franklin Memorial Hospital after 43 years of service.

Susan is survived by her husband of 54 years, Charles “Pete” Spear of Farmington; son, Sean Spear and wife Jill of Topsham; brother, John Chapman of Strong, sister in-law, Nancy Spear Brooks of Farmington; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, George and Loretta Chapman.

Honoring Susan’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Dan and Scott’s Cremation and Funeral Service, 488 Farmington Falls Rd., Farmington, ME 04938.
