The Rangeley Friends of the Arts’ seventh annual Western Mountain Photography Show Exhibit is to be held from Sept. 11 to Oct. 11.

The exhibit is to feature an awards reception from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sept. 11, at the Lakeside Contemporary Art Gallery in the RFA Lakeside Theater lobby, 2493 Main St.

“Journey” is the 2021 exhibit theme. Photographers can submit up to three images to earn cash prizes in two categories. The deadline for submissions is July 16.

During the entire exhibit, attendees can vote for their favorite image in the “People’s Choice” competition.

This public event and reception, featuring complimentary snacks and a beer/wine cash bar, is where the accepted images will be on display, the winners announced, and prizes awarded.
