Timothy Kane
AUBURN – Timothy Kane passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021, from injuries due to a heart attack.
He was born on Oct. 9, 1965 to John L. and Marilyn J. (Garceau) Kane in Lynn, Mass. A 50-year resident of Auburn, Timothy attended Edward Little High School and graduated in 1984.
He worked for many years at J.L. Hayes Hardware on Minot Avenue, and as the manager at the Paris Farmers Union store in Turner. He was also the proprietor of Maine Laser Engraving. He was a talented wood carver and was deeply devoted to his Irish heritage.
He is preceded in death by his father; and is survived by his mother; his brothers Brian and Dan, and their families.
A brief memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 26, at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa St., Lewiston, with a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m., followed immediately by a short service.
