Bill Hobson, acting sergeant at arms for Napoleon Ouellette American Legion Post 24 of Rumford, places worn and damaged American flags in a fire Sunday during a disposal ceremony at the Legion hall at 184 Congress St. Assisting are Scouts Lily True, Hunter Giroux and David, Joseph and Edward Packard from Troop 580 in Rumford.
