LOVELL — Voters elected members to the Select Board, Planning Board, Budget Committee and school board at Saturday’s annual town meeting, according to the town website.

John Jones won a three-year seat on the Select Board with 150 votes against Tommie McKenzie who received nine.

For the Planning Board, Heinrich Wurm won a five-year term with 91 votes against Elisabeth Bender with 67. Dave Durrenberger and Andrew Brosnan were chosen as alternates with 89 and 77 votes, respectively.

Lynn Hurd was elected to the Budget Committee with 66 votes against Kathleen Vachowski who had 45. However, Vachowski won another seat on the committee by a unanimous vote.

Elected to the Regional School Unit 72 Board of Directors was Rose Micklon with with 54 votes to Jean Woodward’s 51.

Other results from the town meeting, including warrant articles on the budget, will be announced in the coming days, a representative from the Town Office said Monday.
