Bryson Merchant, 3, gets a fishing lesson from his grandfather Tom Cook at Wilson Lake in Wilton recently. Cook said he’s cherished this time with Merchant, teaching him how to fish. It wasn’t the first lesson, he added. Cook said he likes to busy Merchant and the other grandkids with ATVs and fishing poles – whatever will occupy their time. Kay Neufeld/Franklin Journal
