LEWISTON — Promotional products distributor Geiger has promoted Alicia Doyle, Nicole Ross and Tara Villanueva to new roles and responsibilities.

Doyle has been promoted to senior talent acquisition specialist in the human resources department.

“Alicia’s commitment to excellent candidate care and her strong connection to the Geiger culture makes her a tremendous asset to the organization,” said Janice Gray, vice president and chief human resources officer.

Doyle is also finishing a business degree at Central Maine Community College and will be graduating this month. She volunteers at the Buker Community Center in Augusta and co-teaches youth judo. She lives in Wales with her husband and two children.

Nicole Ross

Ross has been promoted to digital advertising strategist in Crestline. She graduated from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts, with a bachelor’s degree in business with a specialization in marketing.

“Nicole has taken the initiative to increase her knowledge and capabilities in both SEO and merchandising, making her a crucial contributor to our digital revenue growth,” Julie Rheinhart, search engine marketing manager, said.

Ross lives in Lisbon with her cat, Oliver.

Villanueva has been promoted to national service director in the total care service department. She started at Geiger in 1999 as a temporary worker and worked her way up to supervising, followed by a promotion to technology trainer. After eight years as a trainer, she became a regional service manager and then national service manager before moving into her current role.

“Tara has held several roles in the company, preparing her well for this next step,” said Rachel LeBel, vice president total care. “She has in depth knowledge of process and systems and her ability to work with colleagues is unmatched. We look forward to Tara’s contributions as we build corporate strategies and initiatives to evolve and meet client needs.”
