Mini Pizzas
Serves 6

6 whole-grain English muffins, split
½ cup canned crushed tomatoes
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice: mushroom, onion, broccoli

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2: Place the English muffin halves cut side up onto a baking sheet. Mix the tomatoes, oregano, basil and garlic powder together then spoon some of the pizza sauce onto each one. Top with mozzarella cheese and vegetable toppings.
Step 3: Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and browned on the edges.
