We would ask our legislators, those from Maine and stewarding every state in the nation, to get off the National Rifle Association’s payroll if they are on it.
Congressmen and women and the president of the United States are on the citizens’ payroll.
Legislators, in stewardship of the people, with bipartisanship, regulate gun manufacturing and other areas of gun control. A knife does not kill a worship gathering, or people shopping, or groups of kids going to school. A gun kills a worship gathering, people shopping, kids going to school.
Knives don’t kill crowds; guns kill crowds.
