When I voted for Donald Trump I proudly joined the ranks of those whom Hillary Clinton derided as “the deplorables.”
When I passed 75 summers I officially became an old coot, and with those two titles I thought that that was as high as I could rise.
I was mistaken — I am just one of many who find the recent FBI search of former President Trump’s Florida home more than just a little suspicious. So, according to an article on page 1 of the Aug. 17 Sun Journal (“Experts: GOP fury may spark violence”), I can now add the title of “extremist” to that august list.
I am so unworthy.
