For 16 years, the citizens of Lewiston were blessed to have Peggy Rotundo representing them in Augusta, first as a member of the Senate and then the House of Representatives.
After taking a well-earned break, she is now prepared to resume her hard work in the Legislature as a candidate for the Senate.
A strong supporter of education, health care and tax relief, she is equally committed to the health of the environment and is a longtime champion for the arts and our community’s rich and varied cultural heritage.
Quality of life for all Mainers is her primary concern, and when she attests that “I get up every morning and think about the world I want to help build for future generations,” there is no doubt that this is true.
An individual of unmatched integrity, intellect and energy, Peggy Rotundo is absolutely deserving of Lewiston voters’ support in the November election.
