Sarah Doucette fills an order Wednesday at the new Subway restaurant at 848 Minot Ave. in Auburn, which is substantially larger than the  shop at 545 Minot Ave. where the lease was up. Franchise owner Devin Bergeron said the new location in the former Holy Donut shop seats up to 50, has a drive-through and more staff, and he’s hoping for a full compliment of 15 to 18 employees.
