HAMPDEN — Collin Peckham had two hits and three RBIs to pace Hampden Academy past Mt. Blue 4-3 in high school baseball action Thursday.
TJ Llerena added a pair of hits and drove in a run for the Broncos (1-0). Bodie Bishop pitched six innings, allowing five hits, two runs and had seven strikeouts.
Hayden Dippner had two hits, including a triple, for the Cougars (1-1). Zak Koban and Jayden Meader each had an RBI.
Mt. Blue pitcher Nolan Leso allowed four runs, nine hits and struck out four.
