LISBON— Fire crews from four towns responded to a 12:55 a.m. Tuesday call for smoke and flames at 2 Arrowhead Drive where they were met with fire coming from the roof of a single-wide mobile home.
Lisbon Fire Chief Nathan LeClair said crews from Topsham, Lewiston and Durham responded for mutual aid and assisted in keeping flames contained between the home’s ceiling and roofline.
The sole occupant of the home was in the building at the time but was alerted by his smoke detectors and got out safely.
The bathroom fan vent appeared to be the source of the fire, but the cause was yet unknown, LeClair said.
