An evening of dancing – featuring a contradance – will be held Friday, Feb. 16, at Trinity Commons in Lewiston.

A family dance with music provided by an “all-comers” band will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m.; a contradance will be held from 8-10:30 p.m. Maggie Robinson will do the teaching and calling, with the music of fiddles, guitar and mandolin provided by Greg Boardman, Kyra Bleicher, Chris Robley and Grace Hathaway.

This event is the first of a series of third-Friday contradances at Trinity Commons. Trinity Commons is located at 247 Bates St., Lewiston. Suggested donation is $10., with under age 18 free.
