DEAR SUN SPOTS: I saw the letter about where to find Amish cheese in the Feb. 19 Sun Spots.

If your reader is referring to the Sonnetal cheese sold at Garden Spot Market, they can also find it, and other healthy items such as meats, breads and dairy products at Farmer’s Gate Market at 1313 Route 106 in Leeds. The telephone number is 933-3300. Here is a link to their Facebook page: http://tinyurl.com/hmy7jb6z — Chris, Greene

ANSWER: Excellent! Thank you so much for letting us know. I’m going to get over there right away and check it out. The store is at 1313 Rte. 106 in Leeds and winter hours are Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through  Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The phone number is 933-3300.

Furthermore, I dug deeper (now that I have a name for the cheese) and you can get all the varieties at Eureka Farms at 220 Shy Road in Palmyra or order it online (https://www.eurekafarmsmaine.com/). The website says it is open during daylight hours. The phone number is 944-2186.

If you’ve spotted Sonnetal cheeses in other locations, please let me know!

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I’m looking for a metal frame for a queen-size bed that someone may no longer need. Please contact me at 784-4214 to leave a message and I will get back to you. Thank you for all your help. Sun Spots, you’re the greatest! — No name, Lewiston

ANSWER: It’s likely that a reader will have something for you. I do want to gently remind Sun Spotters that if you need something, it’s best practice to offer a fair price or barter for it so keep that in mind. On the other hand, you never know, someone may have a no-longer-needed item taking up space that they will be happy to gift.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Is there a Somali or Bantu restaurant in the Lewiston-Auburn area? I love Somali food so I’m hoping there is one closer than Portland. — Jenn, no town

ANSWER: I know there is a food truck but let’s ask readers to respond to this one. If you have a favorite spot to recommend, please do!
