After an undefeated fall travel season, the Maine Gladiators U16 Tier II team clinched the state championship, earning the team a trip to represent Maine at the USA Hockey Nationals in Dallas, Texas, April 3-7. Coach Chris Pomerleau is excited about this opportunity to win the national title again, which he achieved two years ago with many of the same players at the U14 nationals. It was the first national title for the Maine Gladiators.
The team is hard at work raising funds to offset the costs of the five-day tournament.
