The Augusta resident began at the bank in 2011 as a seasonal customer service representative. In her new role, Breton plans to continue overseeing the commercial servicing team while ensuring consistent, high-quality service for both internal and external customers, according to a bank news release.
“Lauren’s deep understanding of commercial lending and her commitment to customer service make her an invaluable asset to our team,” said Derek Hayes, executive vice president, chief lending officer. “Her leadership and expertise have played a crucial role in enhancing the experience for our commercial clients, and we are thrilled to see her step into this well-earned role.”
