Love Daddy’s Authentic Foods will hold a soft opening Monday at its new location in the former Papa Gino’s space in the Auburn Mall, 550 Center St.

It’s over 5,000 square feet, according to the owner, Alfred El-Amin, who said he can seat up to 80 people.
The restaurant will serve certified Halal products featuring his Philly Cheesesteak and a Salaam-bomb (Boston Steak Bomb), sandwiches, salads, burgers, soups and desserts and will offer fruit smoothies and soft drinks.
El-Amin said his plans include a $20 all-you-can-eat buffet in the near future after they get up and running at full steam.
Hours of operation now will be 10 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
