Madi Dow, Mountain Valley senior: Dow seemingly breaks the school record for the javelin every time she competes, currently with a mark of 100-11 from last season’s Class C state meet. Dow also runs in the 400 relay and threw 30-8 in the shot put at last year’s state meet. Her personal best of 14.23 in the 100 dash placed her in ninth at the Mountain Valley Conference championship last season.
Jenni Flynn, Lewiston senior: Flynn is a dedicated runner who won several USATF Maine Association Junior Olympic Championship events this winter, including the 200, 400 and long jump. In the 2024 outdoor season, Flynn set personal bests in the long jump (16-5 1/2), shot put (20-7 1/2), 100 dash (12.72), 100 hurdles (17.54), 200 (26.79), 300 (47.01), 400 (1:14.63) and 400 hurdles (1:13.05).
Izzy Folsom, Winthrop senior: Folsom returns to the sport after tearing her ACL. In the long jump, she was the 2024 Mountain Valley Conference champion with a personal record of 15-10. Her best of 33-5 in the triple jump was good for second in the MVC.
Cassidy Hardy, Mt. Blue senior: Hardy’s discus throw personal best of 110-11 earned her a victory at the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference championship last season. She also was third at the Class A state meet. In the shot put, Hardy threw a personal best of 36-4 to place second at states.
Cedar Worster, Oxford Hills junior: Worster has outdoor PRs of 2:52 in the 800, 1:04 in the 400 and 29.24 in the 200. In the 2025 indoor season, she placed fourth at KVACs in the pole vault with a PR of 7-0.

Boys
Jack Brocke, St. Dominic Academy senior: Brocke holds school records in the 100 at 11.92 and the triple jump at 40-1 1/2. His 200 PR is 24.54, and his best in the 400 is 55.56. He’s the reigning WMC champion in the triple jump and placed third in the long jump (19-1 1/2).
Josia Katroli, Lewiston senior: He holds outdoor school records in the 100 (10.88), long jump (22-9 1/2) and high jump (6-9 1/2) and was the 2024 KVAC champion in the long jump and high jump. During the 2025 indoor season, Katroli won the state championship in both events (6-8 and 22-9) and was the KVAC championship in the 100, high jump and long jump. He will attend the University of Rhode Island.
Ryker Paradis, Lewiston senior: Paradis, who will attend the University of Maine, looks to build on a strong junior season in which he won Class A titles in the discus (170-11) and shot put (57-7 1/2) while setting school records in both events. He earned All-Conference honors and broke the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference shot put record with a throw of 63-1 in the indoor season.
Gaven Parsons, Buckfield junior: As a sophomore, Parsons broke the school record in the high jump (5-5). He also was on the 3,200 relay team that broke the school record with a time of 9:48. This season, he’s adding the 1,600 relay to his list of events.
Stephen Pierre, Leavitt senior: Pierre made the podium in a majority of his events last season. He won the Class B state championship in the 110 hurdles (15.09), 300 hurdles (40.87) and long jump (21-9 1/4) and was second in the high jump (6-4). He’s coming off a successful indoor season in which he claimed the Class B state title in the 55 hurdles, high jump and long jump.
