Father and son enjoy time together on the way to school Thursday morning.

A man, who goes by the name “Savage,” dances Thursday to music playing from his phone, as he makes his way down Bates Street in Lewiston while bouncing his son, Malakai, on his shoulders as he heads to drop him off at school. Although the rain is a sorely needed relief to the severe drought in parts of the region, much more is needed. Unfortunately, there is none in the forecast for the coming week.
