A strong first half and 18 points Mark Gratwick paced the Lewiston Unified basketball team to a 73-62 win over Poland on Tuesday in Lewiston.
The Blue Devils built a nine-point lead, 33-24 by halftime. The teams were fairly even in the second half, during which Lewiston scored 40 points to the Knights’ 38. Lewiston’s Andrew Weiss and Poland’s Johnny Bisbee each hit a pair of deep 3-pointers in the second half.
Poland’s leading scorer was Keegan Weiss with 12 points.
