AUBURN — Health Affiliates Maine has named Lisa Pomerleau its new medical director.
Pomerleau brings a wealth of experience in emergency psychiatry, substance use treatment, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment and detox care, according to a news release. She served as medical director for a substance use treatment agency, where she led clinical teams and worked to enhance patient care strategies.
Pomerleau will provide consultation to affiliates, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and introduce new support initiatives for psychiatric providers.
