FARMINGTON — A report on a plan for F-35A stealth jet fighter training over Western Maine and published in Page B1 of Wednesday’s Franklin edition needs clarification. The proposal to lower the operations floor for F-15 and F-16 aircraft to 500 feet above sea level is still in the review process and does not include the F-35A.
