SOUTH BERWICK — The outdoor summer wedding of Lyndee Lee Palmer and Aaron James Whitten was held on June 22 at Spring Hill in South Berwick. Notary public Julie Draper officiated at the wedding, with the reception held at the Spring Hill Banquet Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Matthew and Terri Palmer of Rumford. The bridegroom is the son of Mary Whitten of Litchfield and Dennis Whitten of Scarborough.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a one shoulder, dropped waist, taffeta gown with bead spray details.

Kristy Lynn Bishop, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Joshua Woodbury, best friend of the bridegroom, served as best man. Bridesmaids were Jessica Agren, Rachael Labrecque and Amanda Brackett. Groomsmen were Kyle Begin, Sam Walton and Rob Whitten.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Mountain Valley High School, Rumford and a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono. She is currently employed as an applications analyst at IDEXX Laboratories in Westbrook.

The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Mount Blue High School and is currently enrolled at Southern Maine Community College. He is employed as a technical account manager at Revitas in Portland.

After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, Virgin Islands, the couple is residing in South Portland.
