Peter Silvers

LEWISTON — Announcement is made of the engagement of Peter Silvers and Fred Sanborn, both of Lewiston.

Mr. Silvers is the son of Janet Silvers of Portland and the late Earl Rees Silvers Jr. He graduated from the Dublin School in Dublin, N.H., and the University of Maine at Farmington. He is employed at Wal-Mart.

Mr. Sanborn is the son of the late Alice and Harold Sanborn. He is a graduate of Melrose High School, Bangor Seminary and the University of Maine at Orono. He is a driver for City Cab.

The wedding will be held on Sept. 15 at the High Street Congregational Church in Auburn.
