MEXICO — The families and friends of Connie Money and Patrick Bulger are pleased to announce the couple’s engagement.
Mr. Bulger’s parents are Gail and Bill Halliday of Oakland and Harry Bulger of Canton and Meriden, Conn. Miss Money is the daughter of the late Wanda Money of Dixfield.
The couple resides in Mexico and they are employed locally.
A September wedding is planned.
