* Michael Andrew Messier, 20, of 244 Lincoln St. on a probation hold, a warrant charging failure to pay fine on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and a charge of domestic violence assault, 7:45 p.m. Thursday at that address.

* Jon Robin Moody, 29, of 4 Diamond Court, Lewiston, on charges of domestic violence assault and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, 12:27 a.m. Thursday at 50 Yankee Way.

* Anthony Owen MacMullen, 28, of 494 Riverside Drive, on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release and possession of marijuana, 6:26 p.m. Thursday at Kmart, 603 Center St.

* Joseph Peter Bryce, 23, of 139 College St., Lewiston, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 12:30 a.m. Friday at 74 Lake Auburn Ave.

* Suzanne Bowman-Sampson, 50, of 522 East Hebron Road, Turner, on a charge of operating under the influence, by Maine State Police, 8 p.m. Wednesday at Route 117, Turner.

* Shawn Damon, 48, of 76 Estes Way, Poland, on a charge of domestic assault, 11 p.m. Thursday at that address.

Accidents

Lewiston

* A car driven by Laken D. Martens, 19, of Auburn backed into a car parked by Irene E. Berube, 70, of Auburn, 1:09 p.m. Wednesday on Sabattus Street. Damages to Berube’s 2007 Hyundai and to Marten’s 1999 Volkswagen were listed as functional.

* Vehicles driven by Angela C. Krehbiel-Vancil, 41, of Monmouth and Dana M. Cook, 29, of Sumner collided at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. Damage to Krehbiel-Vancil’s 1999 GMC SUV was listed as functional. The 2009 Honda SUV driven by Cook and owned by Jessica M. Hamm of Auburn was towed due to disabling damage.

* A car driven by Alexandra N. Wilcox, 28, of Gray collided with a guardrail and went over an embankment, 3:20 p.m. Wednesday on Lisbon Street. Wilcox’s 2002 Subaru was towed due to disabling damage.

* A vehicle driven by Melissa M. Kull, 39, of Durham struck a utility pole, 7:43 p.m. Wednesday on Riverside Drive. Kull’s 2005 Toyota van was towed due to disabling damage.
