LISBON FALLS — Alfred “Bub” Fowler, 54, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, peacefully at his home in Lisbon Falls.

After his education in the Lisbon school system, he worked at Hillcrest Poultry and the Worumbo Mill, before finding his career at Bath Iron Works, where he worked for more than 20 years.

He was predeceased by his father, Harold Fowler, and is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Spear; his brothers, Harold “Mickey” Fowler Jr., Jim Fowler, Frankie Fowler, Glenn Spear; and his sister, Tiny Holbrook. He is also survived by his children, Christiana Campbell, Hailie De Celle and Asia Carey; and many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Known to many as “Uncle Bub,” he was a carefree soul who was the most loving, generous person anyone could know.
