POLAND – Forrest and Mary Martin of Mechanic Falls are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amy Martin of Poland, to Roberto Colon of Poland, son of Rachel Colon of Mechanic Falls.
Miss Martin is a 1997 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2001 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in natural and applied science. She also received a master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2004 from the University of Southern Maine. She is employed as an occupational therapist at Market Square Healthcare Center in South Paris.
Mr. Colon is a 1994 graduate of Lewiston High School and served eight years in the U.S. Army. He is employed at Pioneer Plastics.
The wedding will be held on Sept. 30 at the Carriage House Banquet Facility in Lewiston.
