WILTON – The wedding of Jessica Marie Tracy and Kevin Roy Lynds was held at 3 p.m. on Aug. 13 at the United Methodist Church in Wilton. Officiating for the first time in her career was Pastor Gayle Holden.
Mrs. Lynds is the daughter of Justin and Judith Tracy of Wilton. Mr. Lynds is the son of Wanda Dorr of Parsonsfield and the late George W. Lynds.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless gown of white satin with Empire waistline, A-line skirt with crystal beading on the front, lace up back and chapel train. She carried a bouquet of roses with many hues of pink, and wore a pearl necklace and earrings made and given to her by her friend and co-worker, Jeanette Cardin.
The best friend of the bride, Monique Jacques, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Carrie Wilson and Melissa Lynds, sister of the bridegroom.
Tracy Camden performed the duties of best man, and ushers were Mike Baldasaro and Wyatt Tracy, brother of the bride.
A reception followed at LaFleur’s Restaurant in Jay, after which the couple traveled to New Orleans, La. They are residing in Limington.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and plans to graduate from the University of Southern Maine. She is a direct care counselor for adolescents in Buxton.
The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Sacopee Valley High School and is currently employed in management at Reynold’s Motor Sports in Gorham.
