JAY – Announcement is made of the engagement of Karen Fournier and Jeremy McDonald, both of Jay.
Miss Fournier is the daughter of Lisa Fournier and Jeff Fournier, both of Jay. She is a 1999 graduate of Jay High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in special education. She is employed as a special education teacher at Mountain Valley Middle School in Rumford.
Mr. McDonald is the son of Wanda McDonald of Jay and the late Randy McDonald. He is a 1997 graduate of Jay High School and is attending the University of Maine at Augusta for a degree in business management. He is employed at Brettun’s Variety.
The wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m. on July 30 at the First Universalist Church in Auburn.
