* Anthony John Horton, 29, of 8 Fairmount Ave., on a charge of domestic assault, 9:18 p.m. Thursday at 34 Whitney St.

Accidents

Lewiston

* Andrew Fenderson, 20, of Lewiston, lost control of his car and it struck a parked SUV at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday at Sabattus Street and Randall roads. According to a police report, Fenderson’s throttle stuck as he was making a turn. Fenderson’s 2002 Buick was towed. Damage to the 2007 Toyota, owned by Lake City Export, of Lewiston, was listed as minor.

* Donna L. Newbury, 59, of Lewiston, lost control of her car and backed over an embankment and into a sidewalk barrier at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday on High Street. According to a police report, Newbury reported a leg cramp caused her foot to stomp on the gas pedal. Damage to her 2002 Subaru was listed as functional.
