LEWISTON — A funeral Mass honoring the life of Ovide N. Poisson was celebrated Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Holy Cross Church, following prayers at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Timothy Nadeau celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. The U.S. Army then played taps and presented our country’s flag to his daughter, Claire Manyak.

The pallbearers were Steven and Shawn Cornish, Chad and Keith Beaudoin, Shelly Manyak and Wyatt Beaudoin. A reception of fellowship was held at the Chick-A-Dee Restaurant following the services at the cemetery.
