LEWISTON – Jill Parker recently joined FISC as part of its senior management team in the position of vice president, loan operations.

Parker is responsible for the overall management of loan servicing operations at FISC, which provides servicing for a variety of installment, higher education, community development and other specialized loan programs. She will assist lenders with the various aspects of higher education lending and oversee the ongoing relationship with the schools, guaranty agencies, and state and federal government agencies that participate in FISC’s loan programs.

Prior to joining FISC, Parker was employed at MBNA America, and held the position of first vice president/credit acquisition manager in Belfast.

She attended Syracuse University and lives in Harpswell with her husband and their children.
