Among this year’s highlights: A Lifetime Achievement Award for the iconic PBS series “Sesame Street” and a special tribute to “Guiding Light,” the CBS soap opera about to end an incredible 72-year run. As for the still-viable soaps, “All My Children” faces off against “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “Days of Our Lives” for top honors. 8 p.m. tonight, The CW.
