AUBURN – Architect Patrick S. Costin, a partner at Harriman Associates, has been named to the Lambda class of Leadership Maine, a Maine Development Foundation program.
The program creates a pool of people who will take the lead in shaping the state’s future.
Costin leads the firm’s healthcare design studio at the Portland office. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has more than 20 years of experience. A registered architect in seven states, Costin previously owned his own firm, with offices in Vermont, Massachusetts and Florida.
His portfolio includes master planning as well as designs for healthcare facilities that have been recognized regionally and nationally for design excellence.
Costin has a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he studied under a graduate fellowship, and holds a bachelor of arts degree from Lake Forest College.
As an undergraduate, he studied art and architecture in Florence, Italy, and London.
