LEWISTON – Cordelia Kellett is the new education services coordinator for Maine Public Broadcasting.
Kellett will serve as a coordinator for MPBC’s Ready to Learn and National Teacher Training Institute programs. She will also assist in other key educational services at Maine Public Broadcasting.
Kellett most recently worked for the Breakwater School in Portland where she taught third and fourth grade.
Kellett holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Maine in Orono and a bachelor’s degree in German from Smith College. She is currently completing her master’s degree in library and information service from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, through their distance education program. Kellett is a former Council for Basic Education Humanities Fellow in a program funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Maine Public Broadcasting is the largest Maine based member supported organization in the state, providing public television, radio and education services to audiences in Maine, New Hampshire and New Brunswick through Maine PBS and Maine Public Radio.
