Rabies clinic

WILTON — A rabies clinic will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, in the basement of the Wilton Town Office, 158 Weld Rd. Dr. Stephanie Heikkinen of Maine Woods Mobile Vet will conduct the clinic. Rabies shots will be $12 and other shots will be available on request.

Hunting day

OQUOSSOC — The Rangeley Region Guides and Sportsmen’s Association will host its annual Youth Hunting Day breakfast from 5 to 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at the clubhouse on Old Skiway Road. Kids will eat free and will receive a complimentary hunters ball cap. Adults are requested to make a $5 donation. For additional information, contact Kevin Sinnett at 864-2038.

Dedication

FARMINGTON — The
Farmington Baptist Church will dedicate their church building addition at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at the church, 194 Whittier Road. There will be refreshments following the service. The public is invited to attend. Call 779-0731 with any questions.

Chicken supper

PHILLIPS — The Phillips Shared Ministry will cook up its annual chicken supper, to be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at the Phillips Elementary School. The menu will include roast chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, peas, squash, coleslaw, rolls, pumpkin pie for dessert, beverage of choice, including coffee, tea, milk or apple juice. The cost is $7 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.

Craft show

SALEM — The Salem Pine Tree Club will sponsor a craft show from 9 a.m. to  3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Salem Community Building. Table are available and all crafters are welcome to join. Call Colleen at 678-2011 for more information. Refreshments will be on sale.
