LIVERMORE FALLS — Treat Memorial Library has announced its upcoming March events.

Preschool Story Time: 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays. Story time will offer stories, activities, crafts, and introduce pre-schoolers to the joys of books. This month the library will explore St. Patrick’s Day and going to the doctor, among other themes.

Book Club: 3 p.m. Thursday, March 9. The Book Club will continue its Civil War series with MacKinlay Kantor’s Pulitzer Prize-winning “Andersonville,” the story of a Confederate prisoner of war camp. Those interested in participating in the discussion may contact the library to reserve a copy. 

Teen Writers: 6 p.m. Tuesdays, March 14 and 28. This group is for writers ages 12 to 18. Writers of all genres are welcome.

Lego Club: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 18. Builders are welcome to take on suggested challenges or build whatever they would like. The library has Duplos and other large blocks for younger builders as well. The library will display the Lego Club’s wonderful creations after the meeting in the library.

Knit/Crochet: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28. Those who need help with a project or just want to knit/crochet with company may stop by the library.

This month there will be changes to how patrons download audiobooks and e-books. Borrowers who use devices to read may ask a staff member if they have any questions or difficulties accessing content.
