FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Democratic Committee collected items for the Tools For Teachers initiative of the United Way of the Tri-Valley Area.
Each year the UWTVA delivers totes full of teacher supplies to each of the 17 area schools. Supplies can range from pencils and glue to hand sanitizer and tissues.
The committee will continue to support this effort year-round.
On Sunday, Nov. 5, the committee will meet for its continued Candidate Series. he meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the W G Mallett School,16 Middle St. All are welcome.
