Amanda Johnson and Zachary Thompson
KINGFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. Todd Thompson of Kingfield and Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Johnson of Strong are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their children, Zachary Thompson and Amanda Johnson.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Gwendolyn Knowlan and the late Clinton Knowlan of Strong, and Joan Thompson and the late Odlin Thompson of Kingfield. He is a 2005 graduate of Mt. Abram High School and is currently employed at T&M Trucking in Kingfield.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Arlene and Henry Brimigion of Wilton, and Elizabeth Chandler and the late Neal Johnson of Farmington. She is a 2001 graduate of Mt. Abram High School and also attended the University of Maine at Orono. She is currently employed at Maine-ly Trees in Strong.
The couple will marry on Oct. 3 at the United Methodist Church in Wilton.
