TURNER – Tony Pirricello crushed a pair of home runs to lead Andy Valley to a 15-4 win over Smith-Tobey in American Legion baseball action Friday evening.

Pirricello went 3-for-3 at the plate and knocked in six runs as Andy Valley (10-8) scored eight and seven runs in the second and third innings, respectively. Scott Wetherell pitched three innings, giving up one earned run and striking out five to notch the victory.

Nate Brunette led Smith-Toby (9-9) with a pair of hits, while pitcher Chris Cates had a double in the loss.
