Plants Are Best: 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 6. Lori Ireland and Ava Oliver will demonstrate and share their personal journey to healthful eating in this cooking class.
“The Truth About Cancer,” Movie Night: 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, free. “Episode 6: NOCEBO Effect,” will show advanced detoxifying and going inside a German cancer clinic. The screening is hosted by Fran and Kathleen Szostek. This docu-series is not necessarily the views of The Ark & Olive Branch Cafe.
Lecture and Cooking Demonstration: 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, presented by Martin Miller, certified diabetes educator, and Joan Miller.
