• Allison Tardie, 21, Fort Kent, domestic assault, Aug. 1, $3,000 unsecured bail, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Cynthia Prescott, 45, Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking, Aug. 3, no bail listed as of Aug. 4, Maine State Police.

• Robert Bernier, 41, Farmington, criminal trespass, Aug. 3, no bail listed as of Aug. 4, Jay Police Department.
