STRATTON – The Alumni Association of the Dead River Area will hold its 28th annual meeting on Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Stratton/Eustis Grammar School, School Street.

Anyone attending schools in Stratton, Flagstaff High School and Mt. Abram Regional High School, Dead River and Coplin Plantations are encouraged to attend. Family and friends are welcome.

Registration will begin around 10 a.m. The business meeting will start at 11, followed by the awards for graduate anniversaries and teachers.

The Stratton/Eustis Parents and Teachers Club will have food for sale; and the alumni desert table will offer homemade cookies and cakes. Proceeds from this table go to the scholarship fund
