Congressman Mike Michaud welcomed Jeri Brooks Greenwell of Bethel as guest chaplain for the U.S. House of Representatives recently. Greenwell is national chaplain for the American Legion Auxiliary. Greenwell, a member of the West Parish Congregational Church, has been an active member of the Legion Auxiliary since 1974. She is a life member of the Bethel Historical Society, a former Literacy Volunteer, a member of the Maine Children’s Alliance, a member of the Maine Handicapped Skiing Veterans Program and a national spokesperson for National Meningitis Association.
