LEWISTON – The Franco-American Heritage Center will have its fourth annual benefit and gala at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, featuring the Midcoast Symphony Orchestra with the Androscoggin Chorale and Frank Glazer, as guest pianist.

The concert is a significant event on the center’s fundraising and programming calendar. Co-chairwomen are Connie Cote, center board member, and Rita Dube, center executive director. Both are active members in the community and will host the annual social and cultural event.

The benefit and gala include receptions before and after the concert. A wine and cheese reception will precede the concert and a champagne reception will follow. Patrons will gather for the pre-concert event in Heritage Hall for refreshments. After the concert, patrons are invited to meet the conductor, the guest artist, Frank Glazer, and other members of the orchestra at the same location.
