Fair volunteers this year will include Don and Lee Berry of Sumner, Bruce Rood of Norway, Alan Whittemore of Fryeburg, Myra Bethell of Fryeburg, Henry and Pat Stewart of Greenwood, Marlee Turner of Brownfield, David Robinson and Stan and Dorothy Solomon of Carroll County, N.H.

Materials from the 2008 Democratic presidential candidates will be featured at the booth, and Newell expects that some of the campaigns will have volunteers visiting the fair throughout the week.
The Tom Allen for Senate campaign will be featured at the booth, and there will be information on the legislative special election candidates in District 93 and District 99. Sheryl Briggs of Mexico is running for the legislature in District 93 that includes the towns of Canton, Carthage, Dixfield, Mexico and Peru, and Kate Smith of Sebago is running in District 99 that includes Baldwin, Sebago, Denmark, Cornish and Limington.
